How do I apply?

Where are your homes located?

We currently offer apartment-style homes throughout Northern Virginia, including Fairfax and Prince William Counties. We work with our current residents to find a location that will best suit their needs and preferences. If you have specific questions, we’d be happy to speak to you directly. You can contact us day or night on our website.

When will your program open?

We will open early 2024. If you’d like to be placed on our waiting list, please begin the application process. If you’d like to speak to someone, we please complete our contact form.

What is your funding source?

We provide services and supports to adults with developmental disabilities who are presently receiving Virginia Medicaid Waiver supports through the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services. We do not accept private-pay referrals at this time.
